Dura-Loc Warranty

One of the things that home owners really need is the security of a good warranty.  Our Dura-Loc roofs comes with a standard 5 year labor and materials warranty and can be renewed every 5 years by purchasing a recoating on the original system. 

For example

This roof (see above) was installed by another company 25 years before the owners of this home contacted us.  Their roof was at the end of it's natural life.  Instead of the homeowner incurring the cost of having to rip out the old roof we were able to install our Dura-Loc system over the top of the existing roof thus extending the life of the roof. As we recoat the roof every five years we were able to give the homeowner the security of an additional 20 years of warranty.
